Is this company based in Australia?

We are based and ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.

How long will my delivery take?

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

We use Sendle to deliver all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to track your order via Sendle. Estimated shipping within Australia takes between 1-7 business days.

Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately we cannot change or modify your order once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check before placing your order.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If you miss your parcel and Sendle is not contacted within 5 days for redelivery, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 USD.

I'm pregnant - can I use Skin Thrpy By Sarita?

Congratulations how exciting! We wish you all the best with your pregnancy. Our Got Me Glowing Vitamin A Serum is not suitable for those that are pregnant or breastfeeding but our other products are safe during pregnancy. If you have serious concerns, we recommend talking to your GP before using any products.

Am I still able to use this product as my skin gets irritated easily?

Yes! Skin Thrpy By Sarita Products are suitable for all skin types. Our products have all natural ingredients and no nasties. If you’re worried, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the product on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.
